Use of personal data

We collect, process and use your data in order to guarantee the use of our website and the services offered there. Some data is also used to analyse your user behaviour.

We process your personal data exclusively to process your contact enquiry or to provide the services offered in the course of registering for the competition. This also applies to your e-mail address, which we use exclusively for individual communication with you after your contact request or newsletter registration, subject to your further consent (see newsletter).

Irrespective of the aforementioned purposes, personal data may also be permanently stored by us to fulfil the storage obligations created by law, for example for tax reasons. After completion of the purpose for which the data was transmitted to us, we will initially block this data before it is automatically deleted when the statutory storage obligations expire.

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless we are obliged to do so by a legal or official order, or the transfer is necessary to fulfil any obligations you may have towards existing obligations. To receive the BABW newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address. The Double-Opt-In procedure checks whether you are actually the owner of the e-mail address you have entered and, as the owner, authorise you to receive the newsletter. We do not collect any further data in this context. It will not be passed on to third parties. Only if the e-mail address is confirmed will the address be actively included in the distribution list. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and offers.

As newsletter software we use Newsletter2Go. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is forbidden to sell your data and to use it for other purposes than the dispatch of newsletters. Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of these pages is not us, but YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
