The Mentoring

Blooom Award by Warsteiner is distinguished by the fact that it sustainably promotes artists and their careers in a long term. The international art prize doesn’t end with the award ceremony – afterwards it really gets going: The first place receives a one-year mentorship through one of the jury members.

The mentoring support is an important part of Blooom Award by Warsteiner. The winner defines goals with the mentor to boost his career and benefits from the experience, networks and tips from the mentor. Throughout the year, the mentor is available to the winner with advice and assistance.

The winner of the second place receives a one day coaching with an experienced mentor of the art scene.
