Before definitively entering into the family business (now in its ninth generation) in 2006, Cramer gathered extensive experience in the hotel business as well as in the beverage industry in Germany, the US, England, France, and Argentina.

Privately, the Blooom Award by Warsteiner jury member is actively committed to supporting culture, among other causes. She is particularly interested in the latest developments in the areas of art, design and brand management. It is important to her that her company’s cultural sponsorship makes a real contribution to opening up new paths in the art scene and supporting young artists.
