With the following privacy policy, we would like to inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on our website. This privacy policy applies only to the use of our website, hereinafter referred to as our “Website”. On the one hand, your data is collected by you telling us yourself. This may be e.g. to trade data that you enter in a contact form. Other data is collected automatically when visiting the website through our IT systems. This includes, in particular, technical data (such as the date and duration of your page view, the Internet browser and operating system you are using, the URL of the retrieved data, the amount of data transferred). As soon as you enter our website, you submit this data automatically to us.

We collect, process and use your data to ensure the use of our website and the services offered there. Some data is also used to analyze your user behavior.

We process your personal data exclusively for processing your contact request or for providing the services offered in the course of the participation in the competition. This also applies to your e-mail address, which we use subject to a further consent on your part (see Newsletter) exclusively for individual communication with you after your contact request or newsletter registration.

Regardless of the aforementioned purposes, personal data may also be permanently stored by us for the fulfillment of the retention obligations created by the legislator, for tax law reasons, for example. As a matter of principle, we will delete your data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the above purposes, unless temporary storage is still necessary, as this is required by law. If a contractual or legal retention period precludes your request for deletion, the data cannot be deleted for the time being, but only blocked.

To receive the BABW newsletter, you need a valid e-mail address. The double opt-in procedure verifies that you are actually the owner of the e-mail address you have entered and authorizes the holder to receive the newsletter. We do not collect further data in this context. Transferring this data to third parties does not take place. Only when the confirmation of the e-mail address is made is the address actively included in the mailing list. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information and offers.

For our newsletter software, we use Newsletter2Go. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is prohibited from selling and using your data for purposes other than sending newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a certified German provider and was selected according to the requirements of the GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act.
